Han Chae Ah Joins the Cast of KBS2’s Upcoming K-drama “Let’s Get Caught by the Neck”
On January 12, Han Chae Ah’s management announced her involvement in KBS2’s forthcoming drama “Let’s Get Caught by the Neck.” This marks Han Chae Ah’s second project for the year, following her role in the anticipated series “It’s You, Out of the Blue” alongside Jung Yong Hwa, Hong Seung Hee, Lee Yi Kyung, and Park You Na.
In 2023, Han Chae Ah appeared in the historical SBS K-drama “The Secret Romantic Guesthouse,” adding to her extensive portfolio of work which includes notable titles like “The Golden Spoon,” “The Merchant: Gaekju 2015,” “You Are The Only One,” “Marry Him If You Dare,” and “The Bridal Mask.”
“Let’s Get Caught by the Neck” is adapted from a popular Naver web novel by Nyureoki. The narrative follows an investigative reporter from the current affairs program “Let’s Get Grabbed by the Collar” who finds themselves wrongfully accused of murder.
Han Chae Ah is set to star alongside confirmed leads Kim Ha Neul, Yeon Woo Jin, Jang Seung Jo, Yoon Je Moon, Jung Woong In, and Jung In Ki. In the drama, Han will portray Yoo Yoon Young, a psychiatrist who is the director of the Department of Mental Health Medicine. Her character is known for her deep empathy and understanding, making her an essential consultant to Kim Ha Neul’s character, Seo Jung Won.
Directed by Lee Ho Jae, with a script penned by Bae Soo Young, “Let’s Get Caught by the Neck” is a production of Monster Union Productions. The series is slated to premiere in March on KBS2.
